Sunday Morning Sangha (Meditation Practice)

Our Sunday Morning meditation practice is our most popular offering. 10 am (please arrive early) until about 12 noon. Led by Ven. Losang Samten, or by one of our senior teaching students or invited guest teachers when Losang is away, mantra meditation, shamatha (calm abiding) meditation, Dzogchen, Vajrayana guided meditations, and traditional Buddhist prayers typically comprise the first hour of our Sunday mornings - always a little different each week.  See our calendar for details.

After a short break for light snacks and light conversation, we continue for the second hour often with a Dharma talk, animated by lively discussion, debate, questions and answers.  Our Sundays are truly wonderful, and a wonderful way to recharge for the week ahead. A donation of $10 is suggested.

We webcast our Sundays live (see "Live Webcasts" on the main menu), and talks from most of our Sundays are also recorded and made available on our Multi Media page (also main menu item).  We hope you find some benefit from our Sundays.
