Tibet Earthquake Relief

As many of you are aware, on the morning of April 14th (correction to prior edition - that was Tuesday evening April 13th, here in the U.S.), a 7.1 magnitude earthquake struck QingHai province, Yushu area of Tibet. According to published reports, more than 2,000 people have died, with 10,000 more injured.  An estimated 85% of the buildings were destroyed.  We have created a page on our website with links to donate to relief causes.  On Saturday evening April 17th at 7:30 pm, we joined with our friends from around the regional Tibetan community to hold a vigil at our center in support of those affected by the earthquake.  We were very moved. Please consider visiting our Earthquake Relief page here on the website.
