Rooted in the observation of nature, QiGong is a centuries-old practice to nourish life. 'Qi' is the essence of life, the energy that animates life. 'Gong' can be translated as cultivation or skill acquired through practice. Integrating physical movement, breathing, and mindfulness, QiGong cultivates a natural flow of Qi between you and the Universe. The gentle rhythmic movements of QiGong will help you reduce stress, build stamina, and increase vitality and creativity. Similar to Yoga, QiGong can be done for maintaining good health, healing, and as a spiritual practice. We will do both standing and seated forms as well as qi self massage and QiGong visualization meditations.
