About the Event

In this Zoom sitting, we will continue our adventures in the fascinating world of the Jātaka Tales. We will

all share in the storytelling of, The Sound the Hare Heard / Duddubha Jātaka. The focus of our

meditation will be on the wisdom and compassion found in not being afraid. We will practice a Zoom

version of “Whisper Down the Lane”.

Although there are many canonical sayings of the Buddha in the Jātaka Tales, for the most part the

stories themselves predate the Buddha by hundreds of years. They are ancient, rich and textured.
