Saturday Virtual Meditation

The next virtual Saturday meditation will be January 30 from 9:30 am – 12:00 pm.  Whether you are a beginner or an experienced practitioner, you are welcome to participate in any portion of the session.  All meditation practices and traditions are welcome! The session will be divided into four 20-minute sittings with 10-minute breaks.  Special dedications and a Metta (loving-kindness) practice will conclude the session.  Please note the meditations are not guided.
