Venerable Losang Samten, the founder and spiritual director of the Chenrezig Tibetan Buddhist Center will be leading a Shamatha retreat and Workshop on March 14, 2026 from 10:00 am until 3:00 pm.   Venerable Losang will be presenting the Nine Stages of Training the Mind, which serves as a path to take the practitioner's mind from a wild and busy state to the perfection of equanimity.  These instructions have been followed by meditators throughout time. You can attend either in person at 954 North Marshall Street, Philadelphia, PA 19123  or by zoom. If you are attending in person, please bring a brown bag lunch.
