Are you interested in learning more about sleep and Buddhist approaches to improving sleep? Dr. Nalaka Gooneratne is a board-certified sleep disorders physician and meditator who will be leading a session on sleep and mindfulness covering: 1) What we know about healthy sleep; 2) Insomnia; and 3) Buddhist approaches to improve sleep. There will be a 15 minute Q&A session as well.
The session is limited to 12 participants, and future sessions will be scheduled if there is interest. You must use the link below to sign-up.
