About Floyd Platton:

Floyd Platton was a student of and scretary to Reb Zalman Schachter-Shalomi for 17 years. After seeing Lama Losang ceate a sand mandala at the Phila. Museum of Art in 1995 he became a student of Lama Losang and a member of the Tibetan Buddhist Center of Philadelphia. He has taught at the Center numerous times and also at Temple University’s adult exptenbsion program for four semesters. He has attended teachings by Palden Sherab and Tsewang Dongyal Rinpoches, Nyingma masters for the last 20 years.
