About the Event
SUNDAY SANGHA: Meditation and dharma.
10a.m. - 11:30a.m. Eastern Time (U.S.)
Silent meditation 9 a.m. - 9:45 a.m. in-person and on Zoom (sound will be off for Zoom, sound will turn on for Sangha at 10 a.m.)

We are honored to host Dr. Rory Hiltbrand as our special guest speaker during Sunday Sangha on February 25 from 10:00-11:30 am with additional Q&A at 12:00 pm.
Dr. Rory will discuss the fundamentals of Daoist Cosmology and describe its application to medicine and health. Daoist Cosmology applies certain numerical understandings, which can be considered the fundamental principles of nature. He will discuss Taiji, Yin-Yang theory, the meridians and dan tiens, and how all of these apply to the microcosm of the human body. Rory will show how this energetic anatomy emerges in Buddhist art.
COVID guidelines as of 9/21/23:
Masks are required for events with more than 18 total participants. For events with less than 18 total participants, masks will be optionalwith 6-feet safe-distancing between cushions/chairs. Our in-person attendance for Sunday Sangha usually averages 20-30 people.
