“The practice of purification is one of the most important solutions to life’s problems.” (Lama Zopa Rinpoche)

The Vajrasattva Purification Practice is common to all traditions of Tibetan Buddhism. The practice of Vajrasattva is used to purify negative karma, illness, and obstacles to spiritual development. It’s a valuable experience, beneficial to practitioners of all levels.

We will follow the Vajrasattva practice in the CTBC Prayer Book including meditation, visualization and mantra recitation.  We will open the session with a nine-breath purification exercise which helps to center our bodies in the practice and experience the expansiveness of the 100-syllable Vajrasattva mantra.  Everyone is welcome to join us in this valuable experience, beneficial to practitioners of all levels.
