Every Sunday Morning from 9:30 am to 11:30 am join us for meditation and dharma teachings.
Green Tara Practice
In order to deepen our understanding and practice of compassion Marjon van Kempen invites you to join her in silent meditation, reading and discussion of a Dharma text and practice of a Tara Sadhana.
We will begin at 6.30 pm with opening prayers, then 15 min of silent meditation followed by a reading and discussion of a Dharma text.
We will soon begin the reading of:”How to free your mind” by Thubten Chodron.
We end with the practice of a Tara Sadhana for about about 45 min.
